The home study course will provide an updated overview of issues related to the effects, use and availability of cannabis and cannabis products. Emphasis will be placed on:
1) The history of cannabis use
2) Different forms of cannabis
3) Effects of smoked and ingested cannabis
4) Health effects of cannabis
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of the course, participants will be able to:
1) Identify key dates in the history of cannabis use
2) Describe different forms of cannabis (marijuana, hashish, concentrates, edibles
3) List the physical and psychological effects of cannabis
4) Describe current thinking regarding the health effects of cannabis use
